Sarah Schulke, MSN, RN, ARNP, FNP-BC
Lake Cavanaugh Wellness was founded by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people feel empowered, well, and truly heard. With a background in root-cause care, holistic health, and preventive medicine, our provider brings a personalized, whole-person approach to telehealth—blending science with intuition, and medical expertise with compassion.
With a background in sustainability and a deep-rooted passion for wellness, Jessiah brings both clarity and care to the digital presence of Lake Cavanaugh Wellness. She supports content, communication, and project flow, helping ensure that each piece of the client experience reflects the practice’s values. Her work is driven by a love for intentional living, a belief in whole-person care, and a desire to help others feel supported on their path to better health.
Jessiah earned her BA in Sustainability from Arizona State University, where she graduated on the Dean’s List with a strong academic record. During her time in college, she gained hands-on experience in outreach, education, and environmental initiatives, honing her ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compassionately. Her extensive project management experience, combined with a talent for connecting with diverse audiences, allows her to bridge the gap between technology, wellness, and client-centered care.
