Book an appointment

All visits are conducted virtually for your comfort and convenience. New and existing clients can schedule appointments online using our secure booking system. Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive email instructions for logging into your visit and completing any necessary forms ahead of time.

Before your first appointment:

• You’ll receive a digital intake form to complete at least 24 hours prior to your visit

• Lab orders (if needed) will be discussed and sent after your initial consult

• If you're signing up for a membership, your access begins once your first appointment is booked
